Our General Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the body shop. They are accountable for the financial success of the shop, providing a great work culture for the team and working with support services and operations for the overall success of the shop.
Job Requirements :
Review all new hot sheetsInspect lot for organization and cleanlinessConduct daily production meetingsDispatch work to techs and manage production and repair plansAssist with estimating as necessaryReconcile and Close RosReviewing sales forecast, pending credits accounts receivablesVerifying payroll and other HR duties for the shopResponsible for CSI scores that meet company standardsSkills, Qualifications & Requirements :
