Call Center Agent
This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of clients and finding solutions to them, answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a call center that works 24 / 7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements include specific computer specifications, main internet speed requirements, and reliable power and internet backup. Computer specifications include minimum Intel and AMD specs, Macintosh specs, and graphics requirements. Main internet speed requirements include jitter, latency, upload, and download speeds. Power and internet backup must be a must, with examples such as generators, solar panels, and portable power inverters. Secondary internet requirements include jitter, latency, upload, and download speeds.
