Job Description

Position Overview

Invenergy is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data Architecture to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the company’s enterprise-wide data architecture. This role sits in the front office of IT, partnering closely with technology, business, and operations teams while ensuring that the back-end data environment—storage, pipelines, cost-effective access, and governance—is optimized for scalability, performance, and value creation. The Director will serve as a strategic thought leader and hands‑on practitioner, aligning Invenergy’s enterprise data strategy with business needs, driving cloud adoption, and ensuring robust data governance across the organization.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture vision, roadmaps, and reference models.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-optimized data storage, access, and processing architectures across on‑prem and cloud platforms.
• Partner within IT and business leaders to align architecture decisions with analytics, reporting, and AI / ML needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Base Pay

$175,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus : 30% - 40%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.

In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
