Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate (2 to 4 years of experience ONLY) to join its nationally top-ranked Hospitality & Leisure practice.

This opportunity is available in the firms Chicago, Phoenix, New York, or Washington, D.C. office , and offers the chance to work with an elite team representing major players in the hospitality and real estate sectors.

This award-winning group advises global clients including developers, owners, investors, operators, and lenders on sophisticated hotel and mixed-use transactions, offering hands-on experience with complex real estate, corporate, and finance deals.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management and franchise agreements, and joint ventures

Provide legal support for domestic and international hospitality-related real estate and corporate transactions

Advise on financing arrangements, including reviewing and negotiating loan documentation

Oversee closings and manage the deal process from diligence through execution

Collaborate with internal teams across practice areas and offices

Ideal Candidate Profile :

2 to 4 years (ONLY) of real estate and / or transactional law experience; hospitality industry experience is a plus

Strong academic credentials and analytical capabilities

Excellent communication and drafting skills

Ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously

Previous law firm experience with large and sophisticated transactions preferred

Licensed and in good standing in the state where the candidate will be based (DC applicants may be licensed elsewhere if eligible to waive into the DC Bar per Rule 49)
