Senior Risk Adjustment Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend and guide process improvements for accurate risk adjustment factor increases

Analyze and communicate risk adjustment trends through reports and presentations

Develop and maintain data sets and reports to support company goals and compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (BA / BS) required

5+ years of Risk Adjustment experience in healthcare or with a risk adjustment vendor

Familiarity with value-based care concepts and payment models preferred

AAPC or AHIMA coding certification is a plus

Strong technical acumen and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL
