Our Traffic / Technology Team develops innovative solutions for traffic management, signal systems, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). We aim to improve traffic operations, safety, and pedestrian circulation for cities and communities. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead traffic planning, studies, design, and operations tasks and projects, shaping the future of transportation infrastructure and contributing to the growth of our office. We have one position open and will consider candidates based in Plano or Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects related to traffic planning, studies, design, and operations.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated transportation solutions.
• Contribute to project management, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
