PANTRY / PASTRY COOK Reports directly to :
The line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations, grill, or other areas of the kitchen. General Responsibilities Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follows recipes, creates consistent products, and presentation specifications as set by the Chef Preps, labels and restocks all items as needed throughout the shift Cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety and Organizational skills Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment on the station Assists with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and Making sure item pars are prepped for following service Able to multi task on the line and take ownership of the station Performs additional responsibilities as requested by Management and Chefs Experience / Knowledge :
