Qualifications

Candidate will have BSCE plus four (4) years' experience in land development and / or public works design or the equivalent work experience of 8 years.

Experience must include :

Ability to prepare grading, public improvement plans, water and sewer plans, and drainage and water quality plans from conceptual design to final plans.

Ability to prepare and process technical studies and site plans to obtain entitlements for Public Works projects

Preparation of specifications and Engineers Estimates

Must have knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards and procedures, preferably in San Diego County.

AutoCad / Civil 3D experience required.

Engineer-in-Training Certificate is required What We Offer
