Job Description:We are looking for a Contract Sales & Technical Sourcer to join our team. As we continue to grow and scale our world-class recruiting organization, this role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the success of our sales and technical teams by building strong, diverse pipelines of top talent.
What You’ll Do- Act as a trusted sourcing partner to the Talent Acquisition team and GTM leaders, helping design and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates across Sales, Sales Leadership, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Architecture roles.
- Research and map target markets, companies, and talent pools to identify and engage top performers.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies.
- Drive proactive outreach campaigns to attract diverse talent and amplify the employer brand.
- Engage candidates with compelling storytelling that highlights our value proposition and company vision.
- Manage the early stages of the candidate experience (initial outreach, engagement, qualification, and hand-off to recruiters).
- Track and share sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across TA, HR, and the business to ensure alignment and consistency in sourcing strategies.
Experience:- 5–7+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in high-growth or competitive markets.
- A demonstrable track record of identifying and engaging passive talent for Sales, Sales Leadership, and/or Technical roles.
- Strong research skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, talent mapping, and market insights tools.
- Ability to articulate and promote the company story in a way that excites and engages candidates.
- Comfort building relationships through phone, video, and written outreach.
- Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies to hiring priorities.
- Proven ability to deliver pipelines in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of sourcing best practices and commitment to driving diversity across all talent pools.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.

- Understands the client group context and fundamentals needed to ensure the right KPI's and volume of sourcing activity is undertaken to increase impact.
- Demonstrates effective independent research techniques to identify top talent for hiring pipelines. Understands external talent market and brings that insight to the team/client group to increase impact.
- Active in diversity sourcing efforts with knowledge and awareness of how to build diversity/inclusive strategies.
- Demonstrates data integrity that supports sourcing efficiency and utilizes recruiting tools and operational metrics. Prioritizes our broader hiring needs alongside personal hiring targets and follows best practices / ROE for dual tracking
- Independently executes against diversity sourcing strategy for roles in support of broader team/company aspirations.
- Demonstrates strong independent judgment for prioritization of work within overall strategy.
- Works autonomously to identify opportunities for self-improvement.
- Contributes to sourcing initiatives and defined projects in line with sourcing strategy and priorities as needed.
- With minimal guidance, builds relationships with various teams and hiring/sourcing groups.
- Has a comprehensive understanding of our vision, story, and long term goals, and how sourcing fits into the importance of growth at the company
- Leverages knowledge of recruiting/sourcing
- strategies, consulting with hiring partners on best courses of action, and to ensure broader team is informed and connected to relevant information as appropriate.
- Demonstrates understanding of business situations and uses that knowledge to problem-solve independently. Translates knowledge into our narrative and talking points when engaging with candidates
- Proactively applies market and operational knowledge into opportunities to improve the performance of the req and/or overall operational excellence
FOR URGENT HIRINGFully Remote – expected to be online typically 8AM-5PM local time but should be flexible with schedule depending on business needsNOTES:Will be supporting the Sr Sales RecruiterPrimary Areas of support:
- Partner Sales organization,
- Inside Sales team
- Global Sales Enablement team
- Some Latin America hiring, but not a lot of this, most going to be US recruitment.
- If some other areas have high volume requirement, may be asked to support those teams
