Key Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely and accurate documentationTroubleshoot hardware / software issues and perform root cause analysisProvide Tier III support and informal training to team membersInstall, configure, and support PCs, peripherals, and software applicationsParticipate in IT projects (e.g., OS upgrades, memory replacements) and statewide teamsMaintain technical documentation and coordinate service calls for repairsSupport AV and video conferencing equipment setup and troubleshootingWhat You’ll Bring
