The Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the management of the department including day-to-day tasks, responsibilities, and related projects.

- Full-Time : 40 Hours Per Week
- 1st Shift : 8am - 4 : 30pm
- Monday - Friday
- Onsite : Behavioral Health Department
Responsibilities
Act as a key member of management; understand the business, financials, industry, customers, and strategy.Supervise employees, provide direction, coaching, training, and performance management.Support team members, promote efficient operations, quality care, and excellent customer service for pediatric patients.Participate in staff development and education, ensuring compliance with quality projects and improvement plans.Develop and maintain processes supporting physicians and clinical staff for patient flow, documentation, and communication.Manage department budget and control expenditures.Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies in high quality condition, arranging repairs as needed.Ensure appropriate inventory levels and facilitate procurement of supplies and equipment.Provide care that addresses physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients of all ages.Conduct annual performance evaluations for staff.Perform other duties as required.Additional Information
