Job descriptionUse established lab protocol to perform laboratory tests and correctly log the results of those tests Determine specimen validity in a timely manner Inform clients of recollection protocols if a specimen is rejected Identify, diagnose and repair issues that may arise with the laboratory equipment Verify all test results and ensure that they are correctly matched with the specimen Label and organize all tests appropriately to make sure that they are easily retrievable Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology required or related field OR For HEW / HHS - High school graduate or equivalent with 50-week military training as Medical Lab Specialist OR Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory or Clinical Laboratory training program. 1 to 3 years clinical / hospital laboratory experience preferred ASCP Certified required Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality control methods Familiarity with laboratory information systems and computer technology

- Location 1 : Day or Night Shifts Available (5x8s, 4x10s, 3x12s)
- Location 2 : 3-11p (5x8s)
