Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities : Active New Jersey

RN license in good standing 2 years' experience in long-term care

or in a subacute setting is preferred Directly supervise the

nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of

medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the

shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and

resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in

accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties

as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing

or Administrator Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care

while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being Work

collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other

healthcare professionals Other responsibilities as assigned by the

Director of Nursing or Administrator RN Supervisor Schedule &
