The Stores Analytics team leverages business experience, thought leadership, and analytical acumen to elevate problem solving for Stores. The Stores Analytics team provides an ideal opportunity to work within a highly collaborative team managing complex solutions. A role on our team means being central to the innovation within Target Stores. The Director of Stores Performance, Insights, Data and Analytics will lead and develop a team of, but not limited to, analysts and product managers who work across product, engineering, operations, and strategy teams to deliver insights, analysis and reporting to support Target stores. You'll be working in a dynamic and challenging environment where new technologies are deployed constantly, and processes are evolving quickly as these operations mature.
The Stores Performance, Insights, Data and Analytics team creates metrics, models, and data products to sustainably educate to recommend and enable our business partners data and insights informed decisions. We help develop the technology that personalizes the guest experience, from business operations to relevant guest experience. This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
