JOB SUMMARY : We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our diverse patient population. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Care and Assessment :

Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status.

Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.

Advocate for patients' rights, needs, and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.

OFF-SITE WORK :

Although it is not typical, Off-Site Work could, at times, be required of this position. This off-site work will typically include, but is not limited to, performing nursing duties (i.e. Vital Signs) at Health Fairs or other HOPE Sponsored Events and attending off-site meetings, trainings or conferences.
