A company is looking for a Business Operations Consultant to support senior leadership in business analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Support senior leadership in business and operations analysis for the organization and individual workstreams

Conduct analysis to identify trends and opportunities in operations and client issues

Facilitate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience analyzing healthcare operations and Medicaid LTSS programs

Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneNote

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Solid understanding of project management principles and practices

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or business operations environment
