 ArchitectNow is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) practice. This is an early-career position focused on help desk / Tier 1–2 support across Microsoft 365, PCs, networks, and printers—with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
The position is primarily remote, however it will require on-site visits to client locations in the St. Louis area as needed. You’ll often be the in-person resource clients see, so professionalism, strong communication, and customer service are just as important as technical skills.

- What You’ll Do
 - Act as the first line of support for client IT issues.
 - Provide help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications.
 - Deliver Microsoft 365 administration and support, including :
 - User and group management in Entra ID / Azure AD
 - Outlook / Exchange Online mailbox setup, permissions, and troubleshooting
 - Microsoft Teams collaboration, meeting, and calling issues
 - OneDrive and SharePoint access, permissions, and sync support
 - Licensing assignments and troubleshooting
 - Handle basic networking and hardware tasks :
 - Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, switches, and connectivity issues
 - Printer setup and troubleshooting
 - Provide on-site support in St. Louis for tasks such as :
 - Device setups and deployments
 - Hands-on troubleshooting
 - Office network / printing fixes
 - Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers while documenting your work.
 - Deliver a great client experience through professionalism, friendliness, and clear communication.
 - What We’re Looking For
 Required Skills & Traits
- 1–3 years of IT support experience (help desk, internship, or MSP exposure a plus).
 - Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
 - Basic understanding of PC troubleshooting, networks, and printers.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Ability to obtain industry certifications to grow and provide further value to the organization.
 - Personable, reliable, and able to represent ArchitectNow well during on-site client visits.
 - Located in the St. Louis metro area with reliable transportation.
 - Nice to Have
 - Light exposure to Azure services (identity, administration, or support tasks); progress toward AZ-104 certification is a strong plus.
 - Experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management.
 - Familiarity with ticketing systems or RMM tools.
 - Relevant certifications such as :
 - CompTIA : A+, Network+, Security+
 - Microsoft : MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
 - Prior customer service experience (even outside IT).

Pay : $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
