Job descriptionAssociates in EE / Electronics or related field (Bachelors preferred)orequivalent hands-on experience. 2+ yearsin EVSE, power electronics, or field technical support / maintenance. Solid knowledge of : Networking : TCP / IP,OCPP, VPNs, cellular connectivity Safety : NEC, OSHA,NFPA 70E Proficient with service / ticketing tools (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred). Strong communicator with customers, electricians, and third-party providers. Able to liftup to 50 lbs., work safely in field environments, and follow procedures. Nice-to-have : EVITP, NABCEP, or OEM EVSE certifications (not mandatory). Competitive salary +KPI-driven bonus program(performance & service metrics). What Youll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Be the first call that keeps chargers charging : troubleshoot AC / DC EVSE, diagnose faults, and deliver resolutions with precision.
- Own the case, close the loop : log, track, and resolve issues inSalesforce Service Cloudto meet SLAs.
- Turn data into answers : analyze OCPP logs, PCAPs, SLAC tests, and network traces to find root causes.
- Level up the ecosystem : deliver hands-on training to customers, partners, and technicians in Zerovas certification program.
- Collaborate across teams : work with R&D and third-party SLA partners to drive continuous product improvement.
- Be field-ready : travel primarily within CA / West Coast, with occasional nationwide assignments.
