As our creative services expand, we are seeking recent graduates and experienced designers who can apply their layout and design skills to diverse projects .

As a Design Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the Information Design team -a group of writers, designers, technical communicators, and other creative individuals who are passionate about improving lives. We provide creative guidance and develop compelling content, branding, documents, and trainings for a wide audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and format clinical study materials (e.g., worksheets, informational cards, questionnaires) for patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians
• Incorporate amendments and translations into existing documents using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Word;
• Manage translations to deliver high-quality materials around the globe
• Keep study teams informed by tracking study materials for regulatory submission
• Review study materials to ensure they reflect source documentation
