Seeking a motivated individual to join the Constellation Power Environmental Services Team. Constellation Power operates and maintains a diverse fleet of natural gas, hydro, oil, wind and solar generating facilities. This position is part of the Environmental Services team responsible for assuring the highest level of compliance is maintained regarding all local, state and federal environmental permits and regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting of environmental data, review and interpretation of permits and regulations, conducting program self-assessments, reviewing and updating emergency response plans and support of key environmental projects.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, natural or physical sciences, chemistry or environmental science
Familiarity with environmental core principles and programs such as water quality, air quality and waste management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally
