BI Developer - Tableau, ThoughtSpot, MicroStrategy

Required Skills : 6+ Year experience

• Design and Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and data and come up with a design that best answers the business questions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within Tableau Visualizations.
• Extract, transform and load data from various sources into Tableau for analysis and visualizations.
• Hands on experience with MicroStrategy tools to implement report and dashboards.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Analytical thinking capability and deep understanding of advanced tableau functions and features like LODs, Filters, Parameters, Actions, Extensions Etc.
• Understanding of SQL queries for Data validation and unit testing.
• Performance tuning for Tableau reports and Dashboards.
• Understanding of Tableau design best practices and ability to design dashboards adhering to company standards.
• Good understanding of Tableau server and how it works.
• Automate and Maintain reports, report schedules, subscriptions / alerts, publishing to tableau server and user administration.
• Document data sources, data models and Tableau workflows.
