Associate Director Of U.S. Market Access Strategy For Dupixent
Regeneron is looking for an Associate Director of U.S. Market Access Strategy for Dupixent in the Immunology therapeutic area. This individual must be able to develop and implement strategies and tactics to secure and maintain optimal reimbursement and market access for all Dupixent indications, with a focus on respiratory / GI indications.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to new indication development, price and contracting strategy, payer value proposition development, payer positioning and message development, sales force pull-through tactics, customer engagement planning, patient and physician services coordination, HEOR initiatives, and public affairs alignment.
Duties will include working closely with the Executive Director Market Access; Sanofi alliance business partners and cross-functional staff including brand marketing, sales and field reimbursement leadership, patient support services, health economics & outcomes, medical and market research, trade, account management and new product development to ensure market access strategic alignment with projects and to gain input on payer work-streams. Duties also include working with our market access strategy counterparts across Regeneron brands.

As a U.S. market access strategy team member for Dupixent, the Associate Director will work closely with global counterparts and contribute to ex-U.S. informational exchanges, project collaborations and annual business planning.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are expecting you to have 10+ years of progressive industry relevant professional experience. Along with 7+ years of experience in a market access functional role, payer account management, brand marketing, field sales / reimbursement management, or HEOR is preferred. We also require you to have a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum but an MBA / MHA or other degrees such as PharmD is preferred.
