Location : Livermore / Dublin, CA

Reporting To : VP of Operations

Status : Non-Exempt, Part-Time

Salary : $31.00 - $40.00 / Hourly DOE

The leadership team at Home Maintenance & Inspection (HMI) Inc. is currently looking for a Water Mitigation Technician

Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of experience -Perform field activities that include demolition (removal of drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad, etc.) cleaning, emergency services, structural drying.
• Respond with urgency to all assigned emergency water calls.
• 3-5 years of experience -Set up and operate restoration equipment such as moisture detectors, dehumidifiers, air-movers, etc.
• Use company software to document all job information and completed work.
• 1-2 years of experience Put back experience preferred
