Job descriptionPatient Volume : The physician will be expected to see a minimum of 18 patients per day, including a mix of pediatric and adult patients. For Internal Medicine physicians, adult patients only will be considered. Chronic Pain Management : Some chronic pain management is included in the scope of care. Chart Closure : All charts must be closed within 72 hours of patient encounters to ensure compliance with facility standards. Board Certification : Candidates must be Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board-Eligible candidates will also be considered if within five years of residency. Required Certifications : Licensing Requirements : Candidates must hold an active California medical license. There will be no reimbursement for licensing costs. DEA License : An active DEA license is required before the start of the assignment. Patient Load : 18 patients per day, minimum. Decision Timeline : Typically, a hiring decision is made within 7-14 days after the review of candidate credentials. Employment Gaps : Candidate CVs must account for all gaps in employment, with both month and year provided for each position listed. New Years Day Memorial Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day 4th of July Christmas Day
