Job descriptionJ.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Florida Bar. 3 5 years of experience in transactional or corporate law; some litigation exposure a plus. Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. What You'll Do :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and day-to-day business operations.
- Conduct due diligence and support transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
