Restoration Business Developer

Job Title

This company is looking for top Business Developer. They partner with a growing and well-established commercial restoration company to find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role with extended experience in sales and either commercial / residential restoration. Info / Requirements :

• This is an on-site role with regular travel in the area to meet clients and build relationships.
• You'll build a client base by connecting with insurance adjusters, realtors, plumbers, and property managersfocusing on trusted, long-term relationships rather than high-pressure sales.
• Must bring a book of business with commercial property managers in the area.
• Ideal candidates have a background in business development, marketing, or salesespecially in restoration, construction, or home services.
• Grit, good character, people skills, and a self-starter attitude are essential.
