Title : Information System Analyst
Status : Hourly
Location : Onsite in Camden, SC
Position Summary
The Information Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and support of all electronic equipment, including computer hardware, software, networking, and telephony systems. This role encompasses a broad range of technical support activities, such as physical installation, assembly, configuration, and maintenance of personal computing devices. The analyst works independently to prioritize daily and weekly work orders and is required to perform related duties to maintain all technology and communications infrastructure. While most tasks are completed at the IT building, some responsibilities necessitate travel to other clinics and facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Basic understanding of support ticketing systems; experience with FreshService is a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and devices.
- Five years of general computer installation, maintenance, and repair experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.
- Minimum three years of experience maintaining and supporting Windows-based computers, networks, and applications; five years preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for PCs, printers, and network infrastructure.Perform installation and modification of PCs.Install desktop applications.Carry out basic network administration tasks.Manage PC and data backups and migrations.Maintain an accurate inventory of computers and hardware supplies.Create and maintain documentation for all IT processes and procedures.Assist the IT Service team with phone support when needed.Performance Requirements
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and repair.Proficient in configuring new laptops and desktops.Proficient with Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Office, and O365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Basic understanding of Active Directory.Field technician experience is a plus.Manual and physical dexterity.Valid SC driver’s license.Education
A two-year technology-related degree or equivalent experience is required.
