We’re currently at $3.4M and on track to reach $20M+ in the next 24 months — with the clear intention to sell the company at that point.
This role is designed for a builder, not a maintainer.
A true zero-to-one commercial leader who wants meaningful equity tied to the exit, not a long corporate ladder.
⭐ What You Will Lead
- Build the entire revenue engine from scratch
- Drive GTM strategy, pricing, positioning, and sales structure
- Leverage your existing network in the dietary supplements industry to generate revenue fast
- Scale revenue aggressively to prepare the company for acquisition
- Hire, lead, and develop sales + marketing teams

Base Salary : $150,000–$300,000Variable Compensation : Performance-basedEquity : 0.5%–2% (critical component)Total OTE : $200,000–$500,000+Compensation is directly tied to growth and the exit event.
