TITLE : Licensed Clinical Social Worker / or Licensed Social Worker
IABA's LCSW is responsible for supporting integrative care at their Behavioral Health Clinic alongside employee support. The LCSW directly works with the Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to create & maintain a model of integrative care that supports the client's whole family. The LCSW is the Employee Advocate for IABA employees at their assigned clinic(s). The LSCW is expected to be collaborative to ensure that both clients and staff feel their person-centered approach.
Responsibilities :
Collaborates with Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to create a model of integrative care that supports the whole family / clinic
Completes IM-CANS semi-annually for Medicaid clients and reviews results with Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to develop in-house care offered to the client's family or refers to external support servicesProvides direct services allowed by the Behavioral Health Center (BHC) guidelines as appropriate and within clinical expertise meeting their monthly aim.Can complete, create, and delegate Case Management indirect work tasks to fellow staff members as needed through collaboration with the Clinical Director(s)Ensures documentation is compliant with CMS, BHC, and Medicaid insurance guidelinesAttends quarterly shareholder meetings for their BHCWhen needed assists in community connections for referrals and / or intakes when lead staff need supportAssists Clinical Director(s) with the creation of social skills groups and supports RBTs to run groups at assigned clinic(s)Plans companywide family engagement activities by working with the Clinical Director(s)Provides in-person support to employees at assigned clinic to provide guidance for employee concerns not resolved by their supervisor to include a supportive work environment and referrals to the HR departmentAssists supervisory team with coaching and conflict resolutionMeets billable aim of 120 monthly hoursQualifications / Requirements :
