Job descriptionCompletes IM-CANS semi-annually for Medicaid clients and reviews results with Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to develop in-house care offered to the client's family or refers to external support services Provides direct services allowed by the Behavioral Health Center (BHC) guidelines as appropriate and within clinical expertise meeting their monthly aim. Can complete, create, and delegate Case Management indirect work tasks to fellow staff members as needed through collaboration with the Clinical Director(s) Ensures documentation is compliant with CMS, BHC, and Medicaid insurance guidelines Attends quarterly shareholder meetings for their BHC When needed assists in community connections for referrals and / or intakes when lead staff need support Assists Clinical Director(s) with the creation of social skills groups and supports RBTs to run groups at assigned clinic(s) Plans companywide family engagement activities by working with the Clinical Director(s) Provides in-person support to employees at assigned clinic to provide guidance for employee concerns not resolved by their supervisor to include a supportive work environment and referrals to the HR department Assists supervisory team with coaching and conflict resolution Meets billable aim of 120 monthly hours Master's Level Education or higher in a related field LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LSW (Licensed Social Worker) Strong work ethic offering solutions when barriers to work are encountered Seeks opportunities for communication and collaboration Displays ownership and pride over work contributions Thrives in a performance-based position Proficient in excel, word, and other computer software with an eye for detail

TITLE : Licensed Clinical Social Worker / or Licensed Social Worker
IABA's LCSW is responsible for supporting integrative care at their Behavioral Health Clinic alongside employee support. The LCSW directly works with the Clinical Director(s) and Director of Interdisciplinary Care to create & maintain a model of integrative care that supports the client's whole family. The LCSW is the Employee Advocate for IABA employees at their assigned clinic(s). The LSCW is expected to be collaborative to ensure that both clients and staff feel their person-centered approach.
