Job description

We're a Managed Services Provider supporting small and mid-size businesses throughout the New York area. Our team helps clients stay secure, productive, and connected through responsive, high-quality IT solutions.

Base pay range

$65,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer

We're looking for a Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer with previous MSP experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working across both Mac and Windows systems, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

You'll handle a mix of remote and onsite support, working directly with users on diverse technical challenges while sharpening your cloud, endpoint, and troubleshooting skills in real-world environments.

What You'll Do

  • Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
  • Troubleshoot issues in mixed environments (approx. 40% Mac / 60% Windows)
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (email, spam filtering, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Support Azure Entra ID and user provisioning for secure cloud access
  • Maintain and document client systems with precision and professionalism

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of IT support experience (preferably within an MSP or multi-client setting)
  • Strong skills with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
  • Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • A curious, self-driven mindset and desire to keep learning
