Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer
We're looking for a Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer with previous MSP experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working across both Mac and Windows systems, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
You'll handle a mix of remote and onsite support, working directly with users on diverse technical challenges while sharpening your cloud, endpoint, and troubleshooting skills in real-world environments.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot issues in mixed environments (approx. 40% Mac / 60% Windows)
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (email, spam filtering, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Support Azure Entra ID and user provisioning for secure cloud access
- Maintain and document client systems with precision and professionalism
What You Bring
