Role
Outcome #1 : Own our product strategy — in partnership with our CEO, to extend product-market fit and grow faster. [build the right thing]
- Frame key strategy questions, decide an approach, and build a roadmap that will drive our overall product strategy. These questions include :
- Define our team and enterprise products — what they do, who they are for, and how they are positioned.
- Define the balance between single-player and multiplayer.
- Define the balance between SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
- Define the balance between solution deepening and marketing widening.
- Continue to improve our core product through customer discovery, domain expertise, user feedback, and analytics.
Outcome #2 : Champion our core values and our product philosophy — [build it right]
The goal is to deliver delightful and remarkable experiences while maintaining long-term brand strength. Avoid stopping a project at 80% if farther work leads to meaningful customer impact.The Head of Product should push for the extra mile and the 20% that others may skip because of short-term impact, as it reinforces our product moat and brand.Outcome #3 : Execute our product strategy in partnership with the Head of Engineering and Head of Design [build it fast]
Build and iterate a detailed roadmap with the Head of Engineering and Head of Design.Lead execution by managing scope, user experience, and timeline in partnership with the Head of Engineering and Head of Design.Outcome #4 : Build and lead a high-performing product organization [run the team]
Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse and AI-fluent team.Lead with coaching, prioritization, and clear communication, modeling AI mastery and Superhuman values.Make AI a daily habit across planning, execution, and review processes.Redesign top workflows with AI at the core, rapidly prototyping and iterating to drive customer impact.Set and track standards for AI fluency as a core hiring and performance expectation.Earn the right to scale the team by maximizing what AI unlocks, hiring only when human creativity or judgment is essential.Share and celebrate AI best practices, wins, and customer impact stories across the team and company.SOUND LIKE YOU?

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on location.
Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
SF : Our starting salaries for candidates based in San Francisco, CA range from $380,000-$550,000COME JOIN US
