Job Description
This role is perfect if you want flexible, well-paid shifts on top of your main gig and enjoy being around a different variety of events. We prioritize private events, so expect to drive to a different location for every event.
The general role of most valet parking is to welcome guests to create a good first impression for the client based on the nature of the event. We open everyone's door, however if we're tight on guys we prioritize the lady's door. We then park them safely in our designated parking areas (based on the event), roll up all windows, and lock the car. It's recommended to know how to drive all types of cars including stick-shift (not required but impacts availability), however we do hands-on training and you'll get the hang of the different cars pretty quick as well as our ticketing system. We don't train stick-shift on the job though due to liability reasons and it's recommended to rent one from Turo or Enterprise if possible to practice on your own time.
If we book an interview, you'll need to bring a valid driver's license and confident driving skills. No dress code or anything fancy necessary but I would appreciate punctuality.
