Project / EOS Program Manager

Turtle is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project / EOS Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of key initiatives while driving accountability through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and Project Management. This hybrid role blends project management, program oversight, and EOS leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and organizational priorities.

About the Role :

Project & Program Management

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate stakeholders, resources, and communications across departments.
• Track and report project KPIs to leadership and the Board.
• Implement program management standards, ensuring consistent practices across initiatives.
