The Recruiting Solutions team is a global team with the common goal of helping to enable a world class recruiting team. We include recruiting systems, recruiting analytics, candidate experience and recruitment marketing as well learning and development for the growing team.

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the organization. You will be using your analytical skills to develop data-driven insights to improve our recruitment processes. In this exciting role, you will curate reports and models, provide thought leadership and present your analyses to leaders across the organization, and empower the global recruiting team to leverage data in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do :

  • Work with recruitment leadership and key stakeholders across the company on operational and strategic talent projects
  • Program, maintain, and iterate on reports, dashboards, forecast and capacity models, and other end-user resources
  • Generate actionable insights through the use of metrics and dashboards to optimize the recruiting process
  • Develop and deliver enablement resources to help the recruiting team understand how they can use data to drive decision making and anticipate future trends
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce well-rounded insights into our recruitment process
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across processes and systems
  • Prioritize projects to be able to balance immediate needs and longer term ROI

Who You Are :

  • Experienced in data analytics (4+ years of related experience)
  • Fluent in SQL and familiar with data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake
  • An expert with Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar software
  • Familiar with recruiting software such as Greenhouse, Gem, etc.
  • Experienced in leading and delivering data-related projects
  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with interpersonal skills to develop and communicate clear, comprehensive analyses and influence stakeholders
  • Excited about telling stories with data

Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
