Loader Operator Concrete Plant

Kansas Paving / Kansas Ready Mix is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team at our concrete plant. This position is responsible for safely operating a front-end loader to move aggregates and support daily plant operations.

Responsibilities :

• Operate front-end loader to supply plant bins with aggregates
• Assist with maintaining stockpiles and yard organization
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Support plant operations as needed
