Director of Strategy and Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and define company and departmental OKRs

Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Design organizational structures to streamline strategy into execution

Required Qualifications

7+ years in strategy / operations roles within 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or consulting

Proven experience leading cross-functional programs in a fast-scaling environment

Advanced analytical skills, including familiarity with Excel, SQL, or BI tools

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing talent
