In-House Associate General Counsel - Litigation - Onsite

Crown Equipment Corporation, a family-owned global leader in material handling equipment, is looking for an experienced civil litigator to join our legal team as an In-House Associate General Counsel – Litigation.

This onsite role in New Bremen, OH is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful courtroom experience, enjoys collaborating with colleagues, and wants to be part of a company with a long history of stability and growth. You'll join a close-knit team of Associate General Counsels who share an active, diverse case load and who value teamwork, integrity, and practical problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Take the lead on managing litigation across the U.S., including products liability, tort, commercial, and employment matters.
• Develop case strategies, draft and argue motions, conduct discovery and depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Work closely with both internal stakeholders and outside counsel, ensuring strong, results-focused representation.
• Travel as needed to attend key hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Be a trusted advisor to leadership by providing clear, strategic legal guidance.
