Position Summary :
Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in North Phoenix. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs and BCaBAs, and providing direct ABA therapy services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABA principles, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to ethical practice.
Responsibilities :
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS).
Develop individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviors and teach new skills.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), ensuring fidelity of treatment implementation.
Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and make data-based treatment decisions.
Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure generalization of skills across environments.
Provide parent education and training to empower families to support their child's development.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, reports, and billing information.
Adhere to the BACB Ethical Code for Behavior Analysts and all relevant professional and legal standards.
Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development activities.
Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.
Qualifications :
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Arizona State Licensure for Behavior Analysts (if applicable, or willingness to obtain).
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision.
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities across various age ranges.
Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles and interventions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis software / tools.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within North Phoenix and surrounding areas as needed.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with a variety of assessment tools and curricula.
Bilingual (English / Spanish).
