Job description

The HR Administrator is responsible for full cycle recruitment within a machine shop / manufacturing environment. This role will actively recruit top talent and work closely with management to identify the organization’s specific hiring needs. The HR Administrator also has a strong working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits along with being proficient in the processing of payroll and resolving payment discrepancies. Compliance with labor laws, employee regulations, and employee relations is required.
