Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology and customer service? We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in DeSoto, TX . In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and software systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working independently in the field, and thrives on delivering reliable solutions that keep our clients up and running.

Requirements :

• High school diploma required; associate degree in electronics / mechanics preferred
• Minimum 2 years of electrical / mechanical experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware / software)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Familiarity with Windows OS; Mac experience a plus

Hours : Monday–Thursday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Friday 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Benefits :

Compensation : $55,000–$70,000 / year
