Marketing Coordinator (US)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator (USA) to help bring our brand to life across the American market. Based in our Miami office, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives for both corporate and franchise stores, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, new shop openings, and local activations across multiple states.

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing, our US store teams, and local agencies to make sure every customer touchpoint reflects our brand identity and values. From social media support and event activations to influencer partnerships and local store marketing, you will help us establish and grow our presence in the US.

Responsibilities

• Local & Store-Level Marketing Support
• Act as the main marketing point of contact for our US corporate and franchise stores.
• Support local store marketing initiatives, ensuring materials and campaigns are tailored to our US audience.
• Coordinate new shop opening (NSO) marketing, making sure all launches are supported with on-brand campaigns, promotional materials, and local awareness activity.
• Partner with local printers and suppliers to deliver marketing assets on time and in line with our standards.
• Campaign & Content Support
• Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns for the US market, including digital, social, PR, and in-store activations.
• Work with our social media team in the UK and local agencies to create content relevant to US audiences.
• Help manage the US marketing calendar, supporting seasonal menu rollouts, promotional campaigns, and events.
• Brand Awareness & Influencer Engagement
• Support influencer and partnership marketing by identifying and managing relationships with US influencers, coordinating product send-outs, and driving collaborations.
• Track competitor activity and US market trends to make sure we stay ahead in coffee, QSR, and lifestyle marketing.
• Marketing Materials & Performance Tracking
• Coordinate the creation of US-specific marketing materials, including point-of-sale assets, digital campaigns, and promotional flyers.
• Monitor and report on US campaign performance, using insights to improve our future strategies and ROI.
• E-Commerce & Market Insight
• Support e-commerce operations by assisting the Supply Chain team with store re-orders and coordinating updates for the US website.
• Drive market insight through trend reports and competitor analysis, acting as a key voice on whats resonating in the US market overall and spotlighting opportunities state by state.
