Job Description
Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams including abdominal, OB / GYN, vascular, and small parts imagingOperate ultrasound equipment and ensure proper functioning and image optimizationPrepare and position patients to obtain accurate and comprehensive diagnostic imagesCollaborate with radiologists and physicians regarding findings and exam follow-upMaintain detailed patient charts, reports, and imaging records in accordance with facility standardsEnsure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelinesCommunicate effectively and compassionately with patients of all agesSupport cross-functional clinical workflows within the critical access settingEducation & Certification Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography programRDMS, RVT, or relevant ARDMS certifications preferredMinimum of 1+ years of professional ultrasound experience requiredCurrent BLS certificationStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a rural hospital environmentWhy This Assignment?
