ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but Ive been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six and were moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. Health or life insurance benefits are coming in 2025, and we even have an office dog!

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Shawn Hughes - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
