Estimator Light Industrial, Data Centres & Commercial

📍Atlanta, GA

With a strong reputation for quality, precision, and client satisfaction, our client continues to grow their footprint and is seeking experienced Estimators to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-profile projects while contributing to a company that values integrity, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What Youll Do

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for light industrial, data centre, and commercial projects.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documentation to develop comprehensive pricing.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on scope and budget.
  • Manage bid proposals, timelines, and deliverables to meet client and company objectives.
  • Support preconstruction efforts through value engineering and cost-saving solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure reliable pricing and performance.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Estimator within commercial construction, ideally with light industrial or data centre exposure.
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze technical plans and specifications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across project teams.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple estimates concurrently.
