THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE

This is a commission-only role with a potential pay of $18-$25 per hour , allowing you to directly benefit from your efficiency and high-quality work. We believe in taking care of our team, which is why we also offer :

Your standard work hours are 7 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available when needed.

As a Forklift Painter, you become the crucial last step in preparing heavy equipment for our customers. Your day involves meticulously cleaning equipment, thoroughly prepping surfaces with tape and coverings to ensure a flawless application, and then expertly painting forklifts and other equipment using the company-provided materials and equipment at our site. Throughout your shift, you focus on maintaining a high level of quality and detail in every piece, ensuring it meets our exact specifications and upholding our reputation for excellence.

THE TYPE OF FORKLIFT PAINTER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements :

  • Prior painting experience
  • Ability to follow directions and paint per specifications
  • Ability to set up and maintain blast and spray equipment
  • Ability to cover and tape off surfaces to protect them from paint
  • Ability to set up and operate all spray equipment
  • Full physical mobility
  • Ability to frequently lift / carry objects up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Mechanical skills for minor disassembly and reassembly
  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Ability to operate and maintain all hand tools and equipment : compressors, forklifts, vehicles, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and heavy machinery
  • Ability to perform minor equipment repairs
