Job Summary :
We are actively seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) to join a high-acuity Level III NICU in Las Vegas, Nevada . This is a full-time permanent role offering 24 / 7 neonatal coverage in a collaborative, innovative, and resource-rich environment.
Job Description :
Position : Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
Location : Las Vegas, NV
Setting : 72-bed Level III NICU
Schedule : Rotating 12-hour shifts (day / night), weekends included in rotation
Start Date : ASAP
Employment Type : Permanent Placement
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level neonatal care as part of a collaborative team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers
- Manage complex neonatal cases, including extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants
- Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport coverage
- Utilize advanced technologies including ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and therapeutic cooling
- Work within a comprehensive pediatric system with access to pediatric ER, PICU, CVICU, and full subspecialty support
- Deliver patient-centred, team-based care with a focus on quality outcomes and innovation
