Overview :

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in South Carolina . The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and demonstrate strong legal research, drafting, and litigation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and depositions.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Conduct thorough legal research and document review.

Collaborate with senior attorneys while managing cases independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

Active license to practice law in South Carolina.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team.

Experience in Creditors' Rights Law preferred.
