We are currently seeking an Electrical Journeyman! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of commercial and residential customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Install and repair electrical distribution equipment, miscellaneous power equipment and light fixtures
  • Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems, pull secondary, primary, & branch circuitry
  • Troubleshoot motor and control systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience (2 years MINIMUM) in electrical construction or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.
  • Experience with service work, lighting installations, controls systems.
  • Willingness to work occasionally requested overtime hours. (Not mandatory, but part of being a good team player in crunch time.) All overtime is paid as time and a half.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code.
  • A professional, considerate, hard-working attitude - we work for large commercial clients and representing the company well is critical.
