Job description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : RN - ICU

Job Details :

  • Work 12-hour night shifts from 6 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 AM
  • Floating required to ER and MS departments
  • No on-call responsibilities required
  • 48-hour guaranteed hours are not approved
  • Blocked scheduling may be accommodated if included in submittal
  • Holiday coverage required
  • 2+ years ICU experience required
  • ER and Med Surg experience required
  • Required certifications : BLS, ACLS
  • TNCC certification preferred
  • Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene preferred
  • Provide total ICU patient care including ventilator management, titratable drips, and hygiene care
  • Manage patient ratios of 1 : 2-3 in 12-bed ICU unit
  • Work with MedHost EMR system
  • Any color scrubs acceptable
  • Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travelers
  • Auto offers only - no interviews required
