Front-of-House Cashier – Guest Service Expert is responsible for delivering World-Class service. As a Guest Service Expert, you are the face and the voice of Wingstop to all of our Guests who walk into our restaurants, providing them with authentic, positive, and genuine experiences. In this role, you will spend more time than any other position interacting with our Guests by greeting them, answering the phone, taking and delivering orders - all with a great attitude and smile.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Cashiers
- Guest service mentality; has a genuine desire to serve the guests
- Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
- Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow-through
- Mindful of all safety, sanitation, or employee issues notify Leadership of below standards
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace
- Communicator and effortlessly works well with others and support the Wingstop Team
- Use POS system, comply with cash handling, and process guest transactions
- Menu savvy and suggestive selling with add-on items to complement their order
- Follow directions given by the Manager or Supervisor
- Comply with state and company alcohol sales guidelines
- Willingness to help and support team with other duties and tasks assigned
